By accessing or using SignBro ("the tool", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

SignBro is a free, browser-based utility that allows users to apply signature and stamp images to PDF documents. The service operates entirely client-side; no files are uploaded to any server.

Permitted Use

You may use SignBro for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Process documents you do not have the right to modify
• Forge, falsify, or fraudulently sign documents
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

The SignBro application, design, and content are owned by or licensed to SignBro. The pdf-lib library is open source and subject to its own license. You retain full ownership of any files you process using the tool.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SignBro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce legally binding signatures in any jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to verify that any signed document meets the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignBro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of SignBro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
