A quick guide to saving invoices, asking about your records, and editing or deleting them, all from one Telegram chat.

First time

Getting set up

Connect your sheet

Sign in with Google once. Akount creates a single spreadsheet in your Drive where everything is saved.

Connect the bot

Open the Telegram bot with your personal link and tap Start. Your chat becomes your invoice inbox.

Choose your language

Pick English, Arabic, or Urdu. The bot replies to you in that language until you change it.

Save

Send a document, it files itself

Snap a photo or forward a PDF of any invoice or receipt to your chat. Akount reads it, pulls out the vendor, date, number, and amounts, and asks one thing: is it income or an expense? Tap your answer and it saves a clean row to the matching tab.

Income and expenses stay on separate tabs, and a dashboard keeps your totals and balance up to date on their own.

Edit or delete anything with /records

Send /recordsanytime. The bot walks you through it with buttons, so there's nothing to memorise.

Update a record

  1. 1. Send /records, then pick Income or Expense.
  2. 2. Choose Update, the month, then the record.
  3. 3. Send a new photo. It replaces the old one everywhere.

Delete a record

  1. 1. Send /records, then pick Income or Expense.
  2. 2. Choose Delete, the month, then the record.
  3. 3. Confirm. It clears from your sheet too.
Reference

Everything at a glance
