Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Akount ("Akount", "we", "us"), available at signbro.siteand through our Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Akount lets you send invoices and receipts to a Telegram chat, reads them automatically, and saves the extracted data as rows in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. You can review, categorize (as income or expense), update, and delete those records.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Akount.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party service.
Third-party services
Akount connects to Google (Sheets and Drive) and Telegram, and uses AI providers to read your documents. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Akount is not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may affect the Service.
Your data
You retain ownership of the documents you send and the records created from them. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data; the Google Sheet in your Drive is yours.
No professional advice
Akount is a record-keeping tool, not an accounting, tax, legal, or financial advisor. Automated reading of documents may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing your records for accuracy before relying on them.
Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted data will always be accurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akount and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Akount, other users, or third parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Akount is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
