This Privacy Policy explains how Akount ("Akount", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our service at signbro.siteand the accompanying Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Akount is a done-for-you tool that reads the invoices and receipts you send to a private Telegram chat and saves the details into your own Google Sheet.

How the system works

You forward an invoice or receipt (a photo or PDF) to your private Telegram chat. The Service reads the document, picks out details such as the vendor, date, number, and amounts, and writes them as a row in a Google Sheet inside your own Google account, sorted into income or expense. You can review, update, or delete those records at any time, and ask questions about them in plain language.

Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, used to create and sign in to your account.
Google account data. With your consent, your Google email address and permission to create and manage the specific Google Sheets file that Akount creates on your behalf (the drive.file scope).
Documents you send. The invoice and receipt images or PDFs you send to the Telegram bot, and the details we extract from them (vendor, date, number, amounts, and similar).
Telegram information. Your Telegram chat identifier and, if available, username, used to link your chat to your account and reply to you.
Usage data. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

To read your documents and extract their details.
To create and update the Google Sheet in your Google Drive with that data.
To link your Telegram chat to your account and answer your questions about your records.
To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

How Akount uses Google user data

Akount requests only the drive.file scope, which grants access solely to the single spreadsheet Akount creates for you — not to any other file in your Google Drive. We use this access only to write and read the rows of that spreadsheet. We request your email address only to identify your account.

Limited Use disclosure.Akount's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you explicitly permit it, where it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve the Service, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

How your information is stored and protected

The details extracted from your documents are stored securely and in your own Google Sheet.
Your Google authorization is kept in encrypted form and is used only to keep your spreadsheet up to date.
Access is restricted so that your records are available only to your own account.
The documents you send are processed only to read them and are not retained as image files after processing; only the extracted details are kept.

Third-party providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to host the Service and to read the documents you send. They may process your information only as needed to provide the Service and under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Your records are written to Google Sheets in your own Google account, which is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You are always in control:

You can delete individual records at any time from the Telegram bot or your dashboard.
You can revoke Akount's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at as2627165@gmail.com. On deletion we remove your stored records and your Google authorization; the spreadsheet in your own Google Drive remains yours to keep or delete.

Children

Akount is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
